Running One Website System Across Multiple Real Estate Brands in the UAE

A single UAE real estate group can easily be running five or six distinct public-facing identities at once — a corporate site, individual project microsites, a foundation, an architecture arm, an awards program. Treating each as a one-off build is how groups end up with five different hosting accounts, five different update processes and no shared component system at all.
Shared infrastructure, distinct identity
The goal isn't one homogenous template wearing different logos — it's a shared underlying system (hosting approach, component patterns, image pipeline, SEO setup) that each brand's site can express differently on top of. Infinity Developments, Infinity Hills and Infinity Foundation share a group identity but read as genuinely different sites to a visitor, because the differentiation happens in content and visual language, not in rebuilding the plumbing every time.
Sub-programs need room to become their own thing
A program like the Global Development Awards started as something that could have lived as a page on the group's main site, but grew into something that needed its own domain, its own submission workflow and its own visual identity. Building the group's core sites with that kind of expansion in mind — rather than assuming every future initiative fits inside the existing page structure — saves a rebuild later.
One CMS discipline, applied consistently
Most of these brand sites run on WordPress specifically so a marketing team can update them without a developer on standby. The discipline that actually matters is keeping that editability consistent across every brand site — the same predictable block patterns, the same page-building conventions — so switching between managing five sites doesn't mean relearning five different systems.
What this looks like in practice
It's the difference between a group's web presence feeling like one coherent organization with several faces, and feeling like five unrelated agencies each built a piece of it. That coherence is deliberate, not accidental — and it's exactly what I've built across the Infinity group's sites.
